Unlike ordinary training or coaching programmes, this programme works with individuals to take the learning from the workshops into their own workplace and helps them apply this to their own specific business needs.

Numbers on the workshops are limited to 8 businesses to ensure content may be tailored to each participant’s needs while also allowing a valuable support network to be developed.

The weekly coaching sessions keep participants motivated and encouraged to remain focused on their goals and help to deal with issues before they become problems.
